Torquepower Trade Portal app for iPhone and iPad

As a valued and trusted Torquepower Trade Account Customer you may use this app to check price and availability (P&A) for your Cummins parts requirements at any time of any day. Unlike the variable pricing displayed under the Online Shopping tab (which is a Retail service), this portal will give you the same low trade price levels that are available to you via your traditional phone or counter sales transactions. It also looks at a much larger parts database than that covered by the Online Shopping service. Note that the Online Shopping prices are not fixed (each changes daily) and are always higher than your Trade price levels.

You can use the Trade Portal to develop quotations for your customers 24/7 and if you wish you can extend your inquiry via a shopping basket and end up with an electronic Purchase Order which will be delivered by email to Torquepower on completion.

Such orders will be prioritised and manually processed by Torquepower Parts Staff during normal business hours.

Torquepower Parts Staff may want to contact you in relation to the order and will do so by telephone if that becomes necessary. You can specify delivery or collection details for your order just like you would in a shop counter sales or other transaction - and the ultimate sale will of course be charged to your existing trading credit account.

The app will still provide you with options and alternatives where they may exist.

To first access the site you will need your Customer Account number and a password. The password is stored and maintained by Torquepower and all you need to do is call Torquepower Parts Staff and tell us the password that you want logged against your account.

Access to the Trade Portal is by invitation only and access permissions are monitored and maintained as an ongoing security function of the Torquepower Online business. Your Account Code and Password will unlock not only your confidential pricing but also copies of all of your documents previously generated for you by Torquepower. It is therefore a condition of your use of this Trade Portal that you keep your access data confidential.
